Fitness classes at Radley Sports Centre are free to all Leisure Club members and just £5 to non-members. All classes are led by an instructor to make sure you are getting the most out of the session.
Our ever popular Circuits class takes place on a Monday night. The 40-50 station circuit is a workout for the whole body. With exercises from running, to dumbell boxing, speed hurdles to leg raises, there is definitely something for everyone in this class. With different difficulty levels on many of the stations, this class is perfect for any ability.
No booking is required for this class, just turn up, work hard and enjoy yourself.
Bodyburn is a whole body workout, working with low weights and high repetitions, this class is perfect for improving muscular endurance and toning up. This instructor-led class will really help improve major muscle groups in the body, including legs, arms and core. The option of choosing how heavy your weights are makes it perfect for people of all abilities.
