As part of the 60th anniversary celebrations of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme, Radley's Duke of Edinburgh award manager (Neil Martin) and leaders (Matt Glendon Doyle and Richard Hughes) are challenging themselves to complete one mile for every year the award has operated.
On the 19th June they will be running 60 miles on the athletics track to raise money to fund participation in the Duke of Edinburgh’s award scheme for under privileged individuals. Training for the event began back in February and all three are viewing the challenge with a mixture of apprehension and excitement. We hope that you will consider sponsoring the event by accessing the ‘Just Giving’ page below. Please also come along and support us from 9am on the day itself.
