During Academic Priority Time on 3rd February, a full coffee shop enjoyed an enlightening and visually striking presentation by photographer and environmentalist Enzo Barracco.
Originally a fashion photographer, working with esteemed colleagues such as Vivienne Westwood, Enzo recently became fascinated with the infamous expedition of Ernest Shackleton. This resulted in a month-long project, intriguingly named 'The Noise of Ice', to Antarctica to photograph ice in its many guises.
The Radleians present were held captivated by his striking images of Antarctic mountains, icebergs, giant ocean waves and stunning sunsets.
Enzo also spoke eloquently on the devastating impacts of global climate change on this beautiful landscape and the pressing need for environmental protection.
