On the 7th of November, Zayn Mohammed, an award-winning electric guitar player, came to Radley and played a mini concert, which was open to all. Prior to this, he held a short workshop with four of Radley’s guitar pupils.
The concert was held in Silk Hall and there were a good number of students and teachers present to hear him play his guitar masterfully. He simply sat in a chair with his pedal board and loop pedal, to aid him in his playing. He played a variety of different beats and grooves, introducing them and giving a little bit of information about them, before playing.
It was a joy to watch the ease with which he played and it was also clear the amount he loved playing his instrument.
