During the evening on Thursday 18th January, a group of Radleians headed to Silk Hall for a Musical Theatre Workshop led by Luke Fredericks, a professional Theatre Director. We blocked a scene from Les Miserables, 'At The End Of The Day'. In just over an hour we managed to put together a stunning, well-timed piece which gave us an insight into the world of musical theatre. It was fascinating to awaken the performers that lurked beneath our skin. With his help we were able to bring to life our single characters as their angers, hopes and dreams for a new dawn where brought to life through words and movement. After we blocked 'At The End Of The Day' we were able to ask questions about the musical theatre industry. We also received excellent advice for our upcoming auditions. The experience is one I will treasure for years to come.
