Systems Administrator / IT Security

We are looking to appoint a new Systems Administrator to join a highly technical and motivated IT team in a 'can do' department. You should have in-depth knowledge of the following: Windows VMWare, EsXi, SQL and networking. The IT department is very much involved with all aspects of the school and its infrastructure.

Hours of work are:

Monday to Friday 8.00 - 17.30 (term time)

Saturdays 8.00 - 12.45 (on a rota basis approx 2 Saturdays per term)

Shared cover of the emergency support (on call)

You will be involved in new tech projects and upgrades, as well as working on day to day issues. Working closely with the IT team you will be responsible to the IT Systems Manager. We are a small team looking after a user base of 1,300 over an 800 acre site that includes, teaching, administration, residential home networking and leisure facilities. Exam Invigilators

We are seeking part time invigilators and Access Arrangement support staff to assist with examinations during the summer exam season. We are looking for suitably qualified, assertive, self-motivated individuals with good communication skills who have the ability to work within strict timetables. In addition to the summer season, there may be further opportunities for invigilation throughout the year. All training will be provided. 

Flexible arrangements can be made to suit individual availability. Sessions are within the following hours    08.30 to 12.30 and 12.30 to 16.30.

Catering Opportunities

The Catering Department offers a wide range of food services across campus and operates seven days a week, 48 weeks of the year serving boys, staff and resident families.  In addition, it also provides a range of function and conference facilities both internally and for external residential courses during the holidays.  The following vacancies have arisen:

Food Service Assistants - part time, evenings and weekends.

Kitchen Porters - c40 hrs per week  Various shift patterns available, including full and part-time hours working weekdays, weekends or evening shifts.
