Welcome to Lusimus I hope you will enjoy this first newsletter. In the Lent and Summer terms, newsletters will be sent to all members of the Radleian Society, current parents and any former parents who express a wish to receive them. The first newsletter deals exclusively with our plans for a rejuvenated Radleian Society. Subsequent editions will contain not only news about the Radleian Society but also some brief news about the School and, once the Foundation is up and running, it will carry articles on the aims of the Foundation and the progress being made in fund-raising. In order for us to learn more about you in an attempt to provide you with what you want, we will be sending out a form to each of you next month, which will be overprinted with the data we hold on you for you to check and which will ask you a few more questions. We would be really grateful if you could find the time to return this form to enable us to continue to send you all relevant publications and to invite you to appropriate events. We also want to expand the News & Notes section of the Old Radleian and there will be a space on the form to enable you to send in some news. At the very least, the return of the form will confirm that we have the correct mailing address for you. There will be a slightly different form for parents. So please look out for this form next month, as it will form the backbone of the new relationship we wish to forge with you to enable the Radleian Society to flourish. Jock Mullard |
