On Tuesday 19th July, day two of the English Schools Cricket Association Bunbury Cricket Festival, we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. David English, Bunbury Founder, to ask him about how this year's 30th Bunbury Cricket Festival is going at Radley.
David English said: "It is such a privilege to stage our magical week here at Radley College, it is the most outstanding venue we have played at in 30 years. The grounds are superb thanks to the many groundsmen who have worked so hard to synchronise the mowers and tend to the grounds. The facilities are truly wonderful, the best ever for the Bunbury Cricket Festival."
The English Schools Cricket Association Bunbury Cricket Festival is the premium under 15 cricket festival in the UK. Teams from the four regions: South/West, North, Midlands and London/East will compete for two trophies.
The Festival, which is renowned for nurturing the next generation of stars, will run until Friday. Please join us for some wonderful cricket, families are very welcome: bring a picnic, or you can purchase food and drink from the school shop. There will be a bar as well.
