Information Form
You can update the personal details shown on your Information Form online.  The Radley Information Form is sent out annually and the details you provide are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  These details are used only for creating closer links between the School and your fellow ORs.  The Act encourages organisations which hold personal data to ensure it is updated on an annual basis.   
You will be required to login into our secure site to update the Information Form.
