The snowy conditions didn’t put a stop to 'World Book Day' this year, which saw 140 Radley dons and other staff members put on a College-wide 'Literary Pairs' competition. Each of them wore a badge with a chosen literary character, and it was up to the boys to work out ‘who was who’ and which two characters belonged together.
There were 70 pairs to find, some couples, some siblings, some friends and some enemies. Extra points were available for anyone who worked out in which book the pair featured, and who wrote the book. Bonus points went to anyone who found the one and only literary quartet, which turned out to be the three musketeers and D'Artagnan - aka Mr King, Mr Knowles, Mr Knox and Mr Miron.
Congratulations to our winners who take away a range of prizes including shop vouchers, books and sweeties.
