The Radley Information Form is a comprehensive update form for all Old Radleians and parents which enables us to maintain an accurate mailing list and database. It also gives ORs and parents the opportunity to take part in our Careers Assistance scheme. Furthermore, ORs can submit an entry for the News and Notes supplement of The Old Radleian.
A copy of the form, with the person's information overprinted, is sent out annually to ORs in March and to parents in October. The Data Protection Act encourages organisations which hold personal data to ensure that it is updated on an annual basis.
If you have not received a form, or your information has changed since you last submitted one, you can complete the form at any time of year, by selecting one of the options below.
