General Information about Radley College

St Peter’s College, Radley – known to everyone as Radley College – is an independent boarding school of approximately 630 boys situated five miles south of Oxford. Its foundation in 1847 was to offer a different education from that offered by most Victorian public schools. Radley remains different today, retaining the best of its traditions whilst also being at the forefront of much modern educational practice. It is a single sex, all boarding, school and is likely to remain so for many years to come.

In order to meet all that the school demands, Radley recruits only the best people for the jobs they do. The recruitment process varies between academic and non-academic positions. For further information please click on the link next to the vacancy you wish to apply for. If you have any general enquiries please contact Mrs Sarah Ballard, the College’s Human Resources Manager.

Radley College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Criminal Records Bureau.

The Office of Fair Trading is inviting nominations of suitable candidates for appointment as trustees of an educational charitable trust to be established as a result of its investigation into information sharing betweeen independent schools. Further details may be obtained from the OFT webpage at:
