Radley College seeks to appoint a dedicated and professional  Receptionist/Administrator to manage the Bursary Reception and deliver effective administrative support to the bursary team.

The Bursary serves as the primary contact point for visitors to the College, both during term-time and the holidays. After reviewing the current structure, we have decided to expand the coverage and implement a job share for this role. Reception will be open from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm, divided into two shifts: Shift 1 from 7:30am to 1:00pm, and Shift 2 from 12:30pm to 6:00pm. The Receptionists will alternate shifts weekly.

The ideal candidate will be an organised and approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a must, along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.  Above all we are looking  for someone that can provide a warm welcome for visitors to the College.

Radley is a wonderful place to work. Set in a beautiful 800 acre campus, we are blessed to have fantastic facilities in a peaceful, rural location. However, most of all we are proud of our collective sense of purpose and community. We are looking for people to join us who aspire to learn new skills, are loyal, committed and wish to grow and develop within an inspiring culture.
