Over 20 schools and 2,500 children are currently working on 3D tree templates to create their own unique trees. These will form part of a ‘Forest’ that will be on display to schools and members of the public at the Barker Gym.
“Our hope is to involve as many members of the local community as possible in the creation of a group exhibition by inviting children from primary and secondary schools to take part. Tree templates have been delivered and the completed artworks will be collected after the Spring Half Term ready for the exhibition.” Maxine Hart, Art Teacher
