Progress on site continues to be good and we are generally on programme for a December completion.
We hit all of the milestones required to enable us to dismantle the crane during the last week of the Easter holidays. The building is now substantially waterproof with both the roof and the brickwork nearly complete, save for a few intricate details.
We have now entered a new phase of construction with the internal fit out, with more expensive components and an increase in labour. Inside the building, flooring, partitioning, and first fix mechanical and electrical installations are well underway. This week, we are pouring screed over the under-floor heating which, when dry, will enable partitioning and internal wiring to be completed.
Progress for the next six weeks will be generally limited to internal works. You should see a change by mid-June, when the windows start to be installed top-down and the scaffold is removed to clearly reveal the building.
Here are a series of photographs, taken on site!
