As part of the redevelopment of the space around Chapel, a new contemplation garden has been created for staff and students. This area provides a retreat for those seeking quiet solace and reflection, and is now home to a stunning sculpture, Never Alone, which provides an uplifting focus amidst the wildflowers. Never Alone, by OR artist Rupert Till (1982, B) was commissioned by the College and has been generously funded by an anonymous donor to the Radley Foundation.

This powerful image, the companionable horse and the hare gazing quietly at each other, reinforces our message of pastoral care and commitment to ensuring that mental wellbeing is central to a Radley education.
