The Radley College Harriers cross-country team qualified for the National Cross-Country Cup Final, at The Grammar School At Leeds, for the first time in the College’s history.
The group finished a very respectable 17th out of 30 qualifying schools from nine regions – James (R, K) was our first runner home in 53rd place. They met 400m sprint Olympian Martyn Rooney and toured the world class facilities at Loughborough University on their journey north. Despite the initial event being postponed from 1st December, the boys did a wonderful job staying committed to the training and performing at the highest level.
