On Monday, the Removes were delighted to welcome Betty Abeng, the CEO of the Commonwealth Education Trust, who shared her gratitude to the boys for their fundraising efforts last term.

Head of Partnerships John Moule commented, “The funds raised will support the Trust’s work in training teachers and widening access to education for children in lower‑income countries where educational opportunity is most limited. The boys presented Betty with a cheque for £10,876 – a record amount raised by a Remove year group. I’d like to take this chance to thank parents, family, and friends for their generosity in sponsoring the various fundraising activities that took place last term. We will be sharing the impact report from the charity in the coming months as we track the impact the money has had on education throughout the Commonwealth.”
